Where do I find my tracking number?

• It is in the shipping confirmation email we send the moment your parcel leaves us — not the order confirmation.
• It is also on your order in your account.
• Orders ship within 1–2 business days. If you ordered today, tracking may not be live yet.

Nothing showing?

Carriers can take up to 24 hours to register a new parcel. If it has been longer than that, email hello@wildoakland.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.
